Pivoting:What Led Me to Become a Fractional Integrator
It began as the COO of an accounting firm. At the Scaling New Heights Conference, I attended a session on how to run your firm better. The speaker referenced two books that transformed his firmโs trajectory:
โข ๐๐ณ๐ข๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ by Gino Wickman
โข ๐๐ฆ๐ต ๐ข ๐๐ณ๐ช๐ฑ by Gino Wickman and Mike Paton
I brought these ideas back to our leadership team. At our next conference, QuickBooks Connect, I made sure our visionary attended the session with me. That was the turning point, we decided EOSยฎ (Entrepreneurial Operating System) was exactly what we needed.
As we rolled it out, our leadership team:
โข Gained clarity
โข Built real accountability
โข Established a clear path to sustainable growth
Although I was the COOโoften a natural fit for Integrator (though not always!), this process revealed something deeper:
I didnโt just like the role of the Integrator...I was born for it.
The more I leaned into it, the more I saw the power and necessity of the Integrator role for professional services firms.
Thatโs When I Pivoted
I made a big decision:
To step out on my own and help other firms succeed as a Fractional Integrator.
I partner with visionary leaders who are ready to grow but are overwhelmed by the day-to-day. I help by:
1. ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด with visionaries to define and drive growth
2. ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ambitious ideas into executable strategies
3. ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด momentum and traction across every area of the business
If youโre running on EOS and feeling stuck in the day-to-dayโฆ
๐ฉ Letโs talk. You donโt have to do it alone.
